If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using njqrwedges.com immediately. Ka Ming Limited operates the storefront and sells women’s shoes to customers worldwide.

Products and Orders
All product descriptions, images, and sizing information are provided in good faith. Colors may appear differently depending on your device display. Ka Ming Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion and will issue a full refund for any cancelled order. Order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. An order is accepted only when Ka Ming Limited confirms dispatch.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account, together with applicable taxes and shipping fees shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Ka Ming Limited does not store complete payment card numbers.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate address. Ka Ming Limited is not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of incorrect address information supplied by the customer. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds: 14 days No-Reason Policy
Ka Ming Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may request a refund for any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason. To qualify, shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all attached tags intact. Footwear showing signs of outdoor wear, scuffing, or alteration does not qualify for a refund. To start a refund request, contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt and include your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.
Refund Processing Time
Refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days from the date Ka Ming Limited receives and approves the returned item. This period covers inspection, approval, and the transmission of funds to your original payment method. Please allow the full period to elapse before contacting Ka Ming Limited about a refund status.
PayPal Refund Timeline
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to reach your PayPal account. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Ka Ming Limited transmits the refund to PayPal within the period stated in this section, and the remaining settlement time is controlled by PayPal and the applicable regional regulations. You agree that Ka Ming Limited is not liable for delays caused by PayPal or by regional financial regulations.
Damaged or Defective Items
Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Your claim must be sent to [email protected] with your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs of the item and its packaging. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt cannot be accepted, and no refund, replacement, or credit will be issued for those claims. Verified damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at the discretion of Ka Ming Limited.
Intellectual Property
All content on njqrwedges.com, comprising text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Ka Ming Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use njqrwedges.com to violate any law, submit false claims, place fraudulent orders, scrape content, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the store. Ka Ming Limited may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in these activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ka Ming Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of njqrwedges.com or from any product purchased through it.
